WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS COURSE?

There are over 60,000 books that discuss Leadership development posted on Amazon.com.
This suggests to me that little is known about being an effective leader, or about exercising effective leadership. I would think there would be several books that, when studied, would produce leaders.  Our programs create leaders.
